Staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Addressed issues we had. Big rooms, ample hot water and pressure, comfortable beds, secure property. Nice in-room amenities such as fridge, sink, table. Daily housekeeping was sufficient. Offered to store our luggage for the day.

Check in was the longest during our five weeks in Colombia. It was not efficient either. They also tried to charge us tax for our stay and then later told us they didn't have to. Wifi didn't work once during our four day stay. First night we were put into a different room then had to move. Hot water did not work in the first room. Staff was alerted to wifi not working at all. Staff (Luis) tried numerous times to fix and but was never successful. Wifi was broken the entire stay. It worked in lobby but at incredibly slow speeds. Wifi is quite important these days and management did not attempt to address this issue for us, only staff. Were quite disappointed in this because they clearly knew it was not working. A proper hotel would have fixed the wifi issue or made it right for not having it. The windows also do not hold out the noise from the street in front but that's expected, I guess.

I liked the location, you are going to be in a very good...

I liked the location, you are going to be in a very good place if you are going to move through the city in any direction. The apartment is clean and spacious, and organised,the noise is controlled even though the hotel is in front of a main street in Bogota, near by, you can find everything you need,from the little store(or big) for your kitchen suplies, laundry service, just two steps from the hotel, delicious and typical breakfast,a great mall..to the disco for a couple of drinks, everything. I'll recommend and I would like to come againg. Thanks.

Despite my reservation with Booking.com of 13 days,they charge me the total amount of my stay at day 3, claiming that the Admin need the money and I didn't have any excuse of failing to pay at this point( I made the payment of course),still I didn't like that attitude, it was just rude... I think they were new members of the staff, so I assume they need more training in costumer service.. and the WIFI in 4 floor never worked, that was awful.

The staff was VERY nice and helpful.

The staff was VERY nice and helpful. I will stay there on my next trip! Nice place to stay.

Muy bueno, amables , cómodo y excelente ubicación

Acorde al precio, limpio, cómodo, funcional, el personal muy amable ,muy buena ubicacion nos quedamos 3 semanas y fue excelente ya que tiene un supermercado bastante cercano y un poco más lejos un centro comercial con farmacia ,tiendas, restaurantes, supermercado y varias casa recambio. También está en una calle donde pasan bastanes taxis y el TTransmilenio está cerca

Estaban haciendo unas remodelaciones en la habitación de al lado y el ruido era bastante molesto en ocasiones

La amabilidad del personal

La limpieza de los platos y demás elementos de cocinando se encontraban adecuados para el servicio, el sector es un poco peligroso y se hace difícil encontrar víveres o suministros cerca, la puerta de la habitación no se podía cerrar desde adentro haciendo insegura la habitación.

La nevera es muy antigua y hace un ruido terrible. El fogón de la estufa está desajustado.

la falta de un ascensor, la posición muy pobre (carretera concurrida y mucho smog), los muebles de la habitación muy espartano, roto veneciano (luz en la habitación en las primeras horas de la mañana), cama incómoda

Bien adecuados los aptos.

Al momento de pagar, cambiaron el valor que me mostraba la aplicación subiendole el IVA, cuando llas veces que he usado la aplicación, siempre el valor que me da, es el que se paga.

Solo la ubicación y cercanias del Transmilenio

El personal nos hace perder tiempo con muchas preguntas personales y datos. El alojamiento es un apto no renovado, todo no es confort se siente como hogar y no e nada apto agradable, ahi se siente como hostal.

Comodidad cerca de todo

La ubicación nos pareció muy céntrica para movernos a todos los lugares que necesitábamos. Además, la disposición de las cosas dentro del apartamento nos pareció muy adecuada y la atención por parte del personal fue excelente.

La vista del apartamento que tuvimos pudo haber sido mejor. Habíamos pedido un apartamento con cocineta (fogones, mesa de comedor) y no lo pudimos tener.
